"What's your first stop to shop when arriving in Cabo?" Ask anyone this question and they will say "Costco!" Everyone seems to love Costco in Mexico. Who would of thought that tourists vacationing for a week would love buying in bulk. It's not only the tourists whom love Costco, the locals do too. Most locals are off from work on Sundays and their favorite place to go is Costco. If you are looking for a cheap bite to eat, Costco has their outdoor seating to grab a hot dog or a slice of pizza. There is never any complaining because you have the amazing view of El Arco while you eat.
Costco in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico is fairly similar to those in the United States. A lot of the same products that you find at your local Costco in the US can be found in Mexico. Prices may vary a bit due to importing goods. If you don't have a car, take the bus to Costco and then catch a cab back to your resort.
If it is time to renew your membership, renew it in Mexico. It is about $20 USD cheaper and can be used at any Costco.
Some items seem to come and go quickly at Costco due to the demands from the local hotels. So, if you see it, buy it because it may not be there tomorrow.
